- 1856 Commencement of the construction of the Rolling Stock Repair Plant in Stargard on the initiative of the Berlin-Szczecin Iron Roads Society
- 1869 After ten years of operation, the efficiency of the plant and the increasing demand led to the expansion of the depot
- 1910 Over time, the company grew to become the second largest industrial plant in the Pomeranian province in the first decade of the twentieth century
- 1945 The plant began its activity as a fully Polish company
- 1956 The dynamic increase in the railway's demand for machinery and equipment led to large investments, which placed the plant among the most progressive plants in the country
- 1991 After being separated from the structures of PKP, ZNTK became an independent enterprise, and then a wholly-owned company of the State Treasury
- 2000 As a result of the restructuring of the plant, in April 2000 the Rail Vehicles Factory was established
- 2003 On 10 September 2003, the MTR company from Warsaw began operating on the premises of the bankrupt FPS company
- 2005 2 years after the commencement of operations, on September 15, 2005, the company became the owner of the plant
- 2006 On 12 April, MTR changed its name to ZPS Sp. z o.o. Other company identification data have not changed
