ZPS Sp. z o.o. is the only Polish manufacturer of vehicles for the construction and maintenance of the railway traction network, construction and renovation of the subgrade, as well as vehicles for the diagnostics of railway roads, both in terms of electric traction and track surface.

The completion of the construction process does not mean the end of our cooperation. We also offer comprehensive support in the delivery and implementation of our vehicles.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
RAILWAY VEHICLES

Based on the assessment of the condition of the machine, we develop a detailed repair and renovation plan. Depending on the scope of work, the machine can be partially or completely dismantled. Elements that require repair, renovation or replacement are dismantled. Damaged or worn parts are repaired or replaced.

Once repairs are complete, all machine systems are thoroughly inspected and tested. We check the operation of the drivetrain, brake, electrical and other key systems to ensure that the machine is working properly.

In accordance with the Certificate of Conformity in the Field of Maintenance Function No. PL/32/0023/0001, in addition to the construction and production of special railway vehicles, ZPS Sp. z o.o. deals with inspections and repairs of railway vehicles at all levels of maintenance from P2 to P5.
