UWR-10.01 turnouts replacement machine
DESCRIPTION
The UWR-10.01 turnouts replacement machine is used to replace turnouts without using a crane. It allows for the turnout to be replaced without dissassembly, both on wooden and concrete switch sleepers. It is also possible to replace the turnout by using a auxiliary track and bogies as well as using the “step by step” method. The gate capacity is 10 tons, step rate of 500 mm, lifting height - 1200 mm, bogie capacity - 10 tons. The number of bogies and gates is 6 units each with a possibility of increasing that amount. Maintenance - 1 operator per 1 set (bogie + gate). The machine is not self-propelled.
NHC device for sliding over track
DESCRIPTION
The NHC device for sliding over railway track is used for lifting and sliding over tracks laid on both wooden and concrete sleepers as well as station and mainline tracks and on single and multithreaded tracks. The sliding device is a non-self-propelled vehicle moved along the track manually on rolling wheels, equipped with a hydraulic pump powered by a diesel or petrol engine of 6.6 kW power. The hyrdaulic working set allows lifting the track at a height of 0.6m at the speed of 0.03 m/s and sideways at 0.13 m/s. The transport of the NHC vehivle may be done on any transport machine or by towing on rails at maximum speed of 30 km/h.
Rail bending machine RS-306
DESCRIPTION
The rail bending machine is a device for creating railway and tramway curves, as well as for rail straightening using the continuous rolling method. The bending machine can create curves of a minimum radius R=16 m. The force of the machine allows bending works on RI60, S49, S60 rails and D180/105 rail profiles.
PRT.00 technical emergency train
DESCRIPTION
The technical emergency vehicle is used to provide assistance during removing the effects of failures on catenary lines. Electric, hydraulic and pneumatic powering allows using various-powered tools. The vehicle is a two-unit machine, but its design allows towing, pushing or installing additional platforms or special wagons in between.
PNS-1 vehicle
DESCRIPTION
The PNS-1 vehicle is a mobile workshop for an emergency machine repair group, built in a form of a closed wagon based on the design of a PWM-15 trailer. The steel cabin is divided into three rooms: power plant with an electricity generator and a stand for fuel tanks and oils, a storeroom with tool and equipment shelvings and a working segment with a stand for technical gas cylinders and a container for used metal and non-metal parts. The final wall of the compartment is a door and an opened board which makes it easier to enter the vehicle. To enable work during e.g. rainfalls, the vehicle is equipped with a retractable roof. It also has sufficient lighting for working at night. The vehicle has rails on both sides and manual winch to load or unload rail chips, which are transported on special support pylons.
